NOTICE: Mailing Delays of Payment Coupon Books

Dear Unit Owners,

It is our understanding that USPS is experiencing delays in delivering bulk mailings nationwide due to issues related to the pandemic. This appears to be the cause as to why many of our residents have not yet received their 2021 payment coupons. As a result, we have temporarily suspended late fees for payments not received on time for the month of January. 

If you wish to make your assessment payment via check, you may either bring your check to the local Cambridge, MD office at 601 Locust Street, Suite 302, or mail it to our Crofton office at the address below until you receive your coupon book.

REMEMBER:

• Make your payment out to the 900 Marshy Cove Condo Association and,
• Include your address and unit number on the memo field of the check.
• Please do not send post-dated checks as we cannot single out these payments and the checks will be processed as received.
• If you use a bill pay service through your bank to make your payments, please include your 16-digit account number to ensure the payment is credited to your homeowner account.

Alternatively, you may make your payment electronically by one of the following methods:

1. Pay by Phone - call toll-free (888) 786-6496, available 24/7, 365 days a year.

2. Online - Go to My Account at www.sentrymgt.com and the select “Make A Payment”. You can enroll in Auto-Pay or make a One-Time Payment. If you are new to this service you may register your account by using your 16-digit account number or using the FIND ME option.

*NOTE: Convenience charges may apply for credit/debit transactions, customer service transactions, and some one-time payment transactions.

Coupon Books, Where are they?

Sentry mailed coupon payment books in mid December. They have not been delivered to date.

There is a delay in the post office. The reason is unknown.

If you use coupon books, please be patient.  No late charge will be assessed. 

On Tuesday, January 19, if the coupons books have not arrived, Sentry will provide an alternate method for you. 

So, stand by. In the meantime, you should have your account number ready.

Vaccine sign-up in Dorchester

 Dear Readers:

If you go to the Dorchester County Health Department Website at Dorchester County Health Department (dorchesterhealth.org), you can sign up for notification of the availability of the vaccine for you. 

The Health Department has a number of days scheduled for appointments this month but I believe the only way you can receive an appointment is to receive their form indicating that you are eligible due to age or health condition. So, don't call the Health Department asking for an appointment.

Go to the County Health Department Website to learn what you have to do and follow those directions.

I hope you continue to be safe and are able to sign up easily for your vaccine.

Lobby Heater & Payment Coupons

 January 2, 2021

• Some have noticed that our lobby has been cold today.  The heater for the lobby is suddenly out of service.  We have scheduled our HVAC service provider. Since it has been above freezing, we will wait until Monday to get it repaired.

• Several have asked about Condo Fee Payment Coupon Booklets. Sentry is is investigating why they are late.  No answer yet. The late date for the January monthly fee is January 15.

~~The gate code has changed. The current code will be removed on February 1^st. Owners will receive a notice by first class mail.

~~January is Pet Month. Forms have been delivered to all pet owners. Returns are due before January 31.

Upcoming in 2021

·       New cleaning service starts January 4.

·       Improved lighting in garage

·       Cleaning of stains on garage floor. Sealing of surface. (under study)

·       Addition of external cameras and upgrading surveillance hardware. (under study)

·       Expansion tank inspection program. Goal: 100% verification, ZERO FAILURES in 2021.
