Zoning Hearing: Tuesday, December 27, 2016, 6: PM.

To Deep Harbour Owners, Residents,

Heads UP!
I just heard from one of our resident owners with local business connections.
Apparently, the plan is to establish a boat building business on the 403 Aurora St. site.
Currently, at 401, there is an auto repair garage, “Eric’s Garage.”

403 Aurora is located behind the water tower at the intersection of LeCompte and Aurora.
it is within a block of TH3 and TH1.

The word is that someone wants to build fiberglass boats at 403.
The primary concern is the resultant odors developed by the fiberglass resins, etc.

Unknowns:
Is it a part of Eric’s business?
Is a new structure to be built on the vacant lot next door? how big, etc.?
Boat building? boat repairs?

The zoning meeting is on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 6 PM.
Location: 305 Gay Street, City Council Chambers.
Next to the original fire house.

Many questions to ask!

Cold Weather: Freeze Warning!

All residents, owners, board members,

We have extremely cold weather headed our way with temps steadily falling from now thru Friday morning before slowly starting to rise. Please contact owners of known vacant units to insure heat is on if you know how to reach them.

It was discovered last week during a move-in the gas was turned completely off in one unit. It may have been warm enough to prevent freezing up to this point but anyone having unheated units from now on stands a pretty good chance of having pipes freeze and burst.

A minimum thermostat setting of 60-63 degrees F is recommended for vacant units.

Stay safe and warm.

Andy, Sentry Management
