The POOL is open. Come sparkle with us!

Many thanks to the YMCA for their diligence.
Some residents have commented that the pool "sparkles"
"We've never seen it look so good".

Kudos also goes to Joe R, for his continued dedication to a higher standard. Multiple improvements to the equipment have been made. The work included resurfacing of the pool, a new cover, and a storage shed.  All of these upgrades we sorely needed after 12 years of use.

This weekend will be perfect for a dip in the shallow end or a splash in the deep end.
Come to the pool to escape the 90-degree weather.

Pool wristbands can be obtained from Sentry.
Come to the pool to get more information.

Don't forget the July 4th Pool Party,
This event has always been a great time.

It's time to sparkle!

Re: New building security: Access Control System
Access control has been upgraded better manage entry to our building. The universal code will be eliminated at a future date. All residents will present a fob or electronic key to enter the lobby. Fobs fit on any key chain.
To properly manage access, we need your assistance by providing your contact information and where appropriate, your tenants’ information.
The system is composed of two components: The fob readers for regular residents and the call box for visitors.
Fob System: Each unit will be assigned two fobs. Extra fobs can be purchased for $8.00 each. A maximum of 3 extra per unit may be purchased.
Call box: A visitor can use the call box to contact a resident to open the door. For this to be operational, a name, unit number, and phone number will be required. The call box will call the registered phone number.  After a conversion, the resident can press “9” to open the door. The phone number can be a cell or landline. If a cell phone, the door can be opened from off-site.
Distribution of fobs: Once we have your contact information for entry, a pair of fobs will be assigned to your unit. Need extras? Include a payment of $8.00 each, check only. Fobs will be distributed in the lobby or by pick-up. A more detailed announcement will be made shortly.
If you rent, your tenants will be given the first two fobs. Return of fobs from tenants should be included with your closing checklist. Owners may purchase extras at $8.00 each. Fob’s will not be distributed to tenants unless a copy of the lease has been filed with Sentry Management.

Entering the lobby from the front door:
As a visitor: The visitor will enter the resident’s unit number or search the directory. Follow the instructions to place a phone call to the resident.  The resident’s land line or cell phone will ring. The visitor can introduce him/herself on the embedded telephone. At that time, the resident may elect to press “9” to unlock the door.  If a cell phone is used the door can be opened for a visitor remotely.
Residents may elect not to list Their unit number or name.
As a resident, i.e., tenant or owner: Present the fob to the black rectangle on the call box. You will hear a beep. After a 3-second time delay, the door will unlock. After the delay, the handicap button will also be enabled.
There will be no general access codes except for emergency services. Regular delivery services will be given a fob. This includes UPS, USPS, and others.
As always exiting is by motion sensor or by pressing the exit button on the wall.
Entering the Lobby from the Garage: The current keypad lock will remain in place. It will function as before. You may also present your fob which will open the door.
Lost fob? Keep you fob on your regular keychain. If you do happen to lose it, call Sentry immediately to de-activate it. If you find it, it can be re-activated. The door controller records all fob transactions. If a fob has been de-activated, the door won’t open, but the attempt will be recorded.
Adjustment to change: For the next few weeks, the current code entry will remain. Once fobs have been distributed and activated, we will transition to fob and call box operation only.  Elevator and blog site notices will be posted at the time.
