Coupon Books, Where are they?

Sentry mailed coupon payment books in mid December. They have not been delivered to date.

There is a delay in the post office. The reason is unknown.

If you use coupon books, please be patient.  No late charge will be assessed. 

On Tuesday, January 19, if the coupons books have not arrived, Sentry will provide an alternate method for you. 

So, stand by. In the meantime, you should have your account number ready.

Add $5 if you own a storage closet.

Those that use Sentry's "Auto-Pay" need not take any action.  

If you use payment books make sure that your check matches the 2020 amount.

If you use a bank bill paying service, please make the adjustment immediately to avoid any accumulating late fees and interest.
