Upcoming events: Carpeting, Meetings

Merry Christmas

Happy Holidays from your Board of Directors,
Shirley, Alan, Clara Mae, Sylvia & George

winter past.
Carpet Installation
All residents should be aware that new carpeting will be installed in mid-January.
The tentative date to start work is the week of January 13, 2020.

This will create disruption as the old carpet is removed and hauled out and the new carpet is laid down.
You can expect some difficulty walking through the hallways.
One of the elevators will be in service mode. So, only one elevator will be available for residents during the day.
Of course, you will need to remove any ornaments that may interfere with the installation.

We will announce more details of the plan so, residents can prepare for whatever upsets this work will cause.

Other Projects
The board is considering improving lighting in the lobby by replacing fixtures with more efficient LEDs.
Also, improving exterior lighting in the front of the building.
The board will also consider upgrading our camera surveillance system to include exterior cameras.

Future Meetings: Note that some meeting days are on Thursdays.
All meetings will be at Sentry’s office and are open to unit owners. Dates are subject to change.
