Recent Improvements at Deep Harbour

New traffic signs inside Deep Harbour.

Maybe you noticed, maybe you didn't.

Surely, you noticed the Life Saver Safety Stations.

Each station contains a floatation ring and a floating line.
The first thing to do if someone falls into the water is to throw them something that floats.
Many thanks to Mike S. of TH5 for leading the purchase and installation of the safety stations.
The stations have been installed along the entire length of the bulkhead and the marina.
This project was funding by the DHMA.

From where does our tap water come?

900 Marshy Cove's water is sourced from The Municipal Utilities of Cambridge. (MUC).

All of our building's water is passed through one meter. The association pays the fee for all the units and common areas. ($20,200/yr.) To assure water pressure on all floors, a pair of booster pumps located on the lobby level maintains the water pressure as needed.

The link below answers most questions regarding the quality of our drinking water.  BTW, The photo pre-dates construction at Deep Harbour.
