Deck Repairs: Phase One, Third Floor, May 2, 3, 2017

The 900 MC BOD has approved issuance of a Work Order to Shorething to repair the decks of of 5 Units.

The following decks on the 3rd floor are to be repaired. 
302, 303, 307, 309, 311.

Shorething  expects to be on site on Tuesday, May 2.

The work should require two days to complete.

This is phase one of our deck repair project.
Phase two will be the second floor.

Window Blinds: Do you need any?

An owner here at 900 Marshy Cove has a complete set of window blinds available. The blinds are from a Dorchester Unit.  Given their good condition, he would hate to trash them..
Will they fit other units' windows? Maybe, It's worth checking.

  • One set is the double wide for the second bed room
  • The other four are for the other four single wide windows

I often get requests regarding the availability of slips for sale, purchase, or rental in the Deep Harbour Marina.


  • Steve H would like to purchase a Boat Slip. 
  • Seth B would like to rental slip for the month of June.

To all Unit Owners at 900 Marshy Cove,
On May 13, 2017, the Council of Unit Owners will meet for our Annual Meeting. You will receive a mailer with the meeting agenda. The most important item is the election of directors. This year we will need to elect three directors. Two of the director positions will be for full three (3) year terms ending in 2020. The third position is a replacement which will be up for re-election in 2018.  
It is imperative that we establish a quorum at our Annual Meeting to validate the election process.  This can be done by attending the meeting or by submitting a proxy. Enclosed in the mailer are the necessary forms.
We encourage your involvement in our Association. Nominations for director positions are open to any owner who desires to serve.

Reminders:
·        All rental agreements must be filed with Sentry Management
·        Complete you contact information form and return it to Sentry
·        Return your completed proxy and nominations forms if you cannot attend the Annual Meeting on May 13, 2017
