New Lobby Chairs Arrive.

The Condo Association sets aside a money in a reserve fund to periodically refresh furnishings and fixtures in the building.

These new chairs create a welcoming atmosphere to all that enter the lobby.

The original lobby furniture was nearly ten years old. Despite maintenance efforts, it was time for replacement.  More upgrades and replacements are planned.
