I have been informed that someone was mugged at gunpoint Sunday 

(12/8/13) night in the West End area of Cambridge (Oakley St).   A 

second mugging occurred last night (12/9/13) on Glasgow.  So, those of 

you who live in Cambridge  - heads up.  Try not to walk around by 

yourself (this makes  you more vulnerable).  Be vigilant when  you are 

out and about in the evenings.

Yes. They appear to be unrelated.  First  one occurred approximately one in the morning. Second one about 8 p.m. Both victims were alone. Nothing was taken in the attempted robberies. Have a suspect in second incident. Additional officers have been assigned to the West End at the present time and will continue to be there.

Condo Business: Master Board

• The Deep Harbour Master Board had scheduled a meeting for December 14. It appears that it will be postponed as Beazer reps will not be available.  The meeting was to review and approve a budget for 2014. New date: mid to late January, 2014.

• New coupon books have be printed and distributed to 900 Marshy Cove owners. Although  a Master Board fee increase is needed, the increase may not happen this year.

• A reserve study has been completed by Becht Engineering to determine the financial requirements to maintain the Master plan site. street paving, gates, pool, and other common components are included. A substantial deficit needs to be covered to maintain the site over the next twenty years.
