Budget Suggestions for 2018

To Owners and residents of 900 Marshy Cove.
Every year at this time, we begin to prepare the budget for the upcoming year.  Outside of the routine items which include maintenance and cleaning, projects to improve the property appearance or its operation are reviewed for inclusion.
The 900 Marshy Cove Board of Directors would like to hear from you.  Forms can be obtained in the lobby.  Please email your ideas, or complete the form and place it the Suggestion box in the lobby or deliver it to a board member.
Ideas, comments, and inquiries need to be submitted before Friday, September 8, 2017.  A Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Saturday, September 9. All owners are encouraged to attend.
Gratefully,
George Breig, President, Unit 408

If you keep predicting it, it will eventually come true, maybe!

Paving really has begun at Deep Harbour.
For more than two years, the DHMA has been asking, "WHEN?"

Work began on Wednesday with some prep work

Today, the vacant area known as TH4 is being paved.

Here's the proof for you non-believers.

Paving begins this week!

ATTENTION DEEP HARBOUR RESIDENTS

The long awaited paving project is finally starting! Crews and equipment are on site doing the prep work, cleaning curbs, milling joints and filling low spots. The job superintendent tells me actual paving will most likely start on Thursday but possibly late tomorrow.

They’ll start in the vacant TH 4 area near the creek and work their way south and east toward the Cedar St gates. Each street and each set of gates will be closed for a day or so as work progresses. Please be patient and adapt accordingly. Freshly laid asphalt has to cure overnight before driving on it. As the paving work nears our homes we’ll need to park vehicles in other places and walk to our doors for that night.

Those who use the Trenton St gates and those living on Sailor’s Lane will be the first affected as the section of Seaway Lane from the Trenton St gate to Tidewater Drive is paved. Your cars will need to be out of your driveways and garages by 7 AM on the morning paving starts on Seaway Ln. We’ll try to have things set up where you can park overnight in the vacant TH 4 area while that part of Seaway Ln cures. We’ll send out additional notices as work progresses.

Cattail Cove is already top coated so residents there will not be affected by paving at all if they leave the community by going north on Trenton St.

Marshy Cove is already top coated; but, 900 MC residents will have to detour one way or the other when leaving the community as work progresses on streets leading into their area. The same goes for residents living in the townhouses at 200-214 Tidewater Drive. Again, we’ll pass out updated notices as work progresses.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while this long awaited project is completed. If you have further questions please call Sentry Management

Thank You.
