Deck Repairs scheduled for Second and First Floor

Deck Repairs:

Many units have experienced de-lamination of the vinyl decking material.  These repairs will be completed using reserve funds.  Workman will need access to the units during the day to complete the work.  Sentry will supervise access.

The listed units were determined to need repair on our last inspection.

First floor 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 108, 109, 110, 112, Note that Unit 111 was not accessible during the inspection, but, may need repair.
