The 900 MC BOD has approved issuance of a
Work Order to Shorething to repair the decks of of 5
Units.
The following decks on
the 3rd floor are to be repaired.
302, 303, 307, 309,
311.
Shorething expects to be on site on Tuesday, May 2.
The work should
require two days to complete.
This is phase one of our deck repair project.
Phase two will be the second floor.
