To all Pet
Owners, both dogs and cats, at 900 Marshy Cove,
Since 2009,
900 Marshy Cove has had a standing pet policy.
The policy requires that all pets be registered annually and meet
standard health requirements. Pet owners
are also expected to maintain control of their pets to ensure peaceful
co-existence with all residents. The
annual fee supplements our annual budget for cleaning and landscaping. Dog Walking Stations are also made available through
contributions to the Master Association.
Fees
The initial
registration for each pet is $50. A special renewal fee of $25 is offered to all that have registered in
2017.
Penalties
Those pet owners that have failed to register their pets by March 31, 2018, will be assessed $100.
The assessment will be charged directly to the unit owner’s account.
Forms
The pet
policy with registration form was sent to each owner and tenant earlier this
year. You can get forms from the lobby or from the 900 Marshy Cove blog site. http://900marshycove.blogspot.com/ Please return the completed
registration forms with remittance to the Sentry office before March 31, 2018.
