a.      Old Business

                                                              i.      Reserve Study –

1.      Becht Engineering will be performing the Reserve Study for Deep Harbour Master Association

                                                            ii.      Responsibility for landscaping and snow plowing – do we wish to move these all to DHMA responsibility from individual Condo Association responsibility via letter agreement?

                                                          iii.      Approval of 2014 Budget

                                                          iv.      Seasonal Landscaping and Water Source

b.      New Business

                                                              i.      Grading of Open Lots

                                                            ii.      Using Open lots as additional parking until Beazer starts building

                                                          iii.      Formally Accept Marshall’s Landscaping Contract and Snow Removal Contract

                                                          iv.      Meeting Schedule (Second Saturday of the first month of the Quarter)

                                                            v.      Meeting Schedule for Closed BOD Meetings (Every other month)

                                                          vi.      Electronic Notifications
