- The Deep Harbour Master Board had scheduled a meeting for December 14. It appears that it will be postponed as Beazer reps will not be available. The meeting was to review and approve a budget for 2014. New date: mid to late January, 2014.
- New coupon books have be printed and distributed to 900 Marshy Cove owners. Although a Master Board fee increase is needed, the increase may not happen this year.
- A reserve study has been completed by Becht Engineering to determine the financial requirements to maintain the Master plan site. street paving, gates, pool, and other common components are included. A substantial deficit needs to be covered to maintain the site over the next twenty years.
