Letter to the Editor: Declining Services

The following may provide you more incentive to attend the next board meeting.

I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND BEAZER'S SUPPORT OF OUR COMMUNITY. THE EXIT GATE ALONG CEDAR STREET HAS NOT WORKED FOR AT LEAST 6 WEEKS. THERE ARE 12 LIGHTS AT THE ENTRANCE AT CEDAR STREET. NOT ONE OF THE LIGHTS ARE WORKING. THE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS AROUND OUR CONDO BUILDING AND THE TOWNHOUSES ARE NOT TURNED ON. I HAVE REPORTED THESE ITEMS TO LARRY (BEAZER'S REP. AT THE POOL) AND LINCOLN DAVIS OF TPW. WE HAVE TO GET ALL RESIDENCE TO REGISTER COMPLAINTS. OUR VALUES ARE THE LOWEST ALONG CAMBRIDGE CREEK. THE AREAS TO BE BUILT ON HAVE ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS YEAR. THE STREETS ARE NOT FINISHED. THE COMMUNITY LOOKS LIKE WHAT IT IS (ABANDONED).
