Pool Management, DHMA

This season, Deep Harbour has experienced multiple problems with our pool management company. Most of the difficulty arises from insufficient staffing. There appears to be a shortage of lifeguards and qualified pool operators.

There have been multiple days when the pool was closed or late to open because no lifeguard was available.

We have also experienced problems with proper chlorination which has been fully resolved.

Sentry and the Master Board are working with the Pool Management Company to work through the problems to bring the availability of the pool to 100%.  That is what we pay for and should expect.

If necessary, The Deep Harbour Master Board of Directors will take additional measures to ensure that the pool is available to the community.
