safe, secure, and aesthetically appealing place to live.
Purpose of
this plan: The following will provide a framework for
scheduling routine maintenance and identifying problems at 900 Marshy
Cove. It includes inspections and maintenance
that are required by code and well as activities to maintain and improve
function and appearances of the building. Meeting dates are included.
