900 Marshy Cove's water is sourced from The Municipal Utilities of Cambridge. (MUC).
All of our building's water is passed through one meter. The association pays the fee for all the units and common areas. ($20,200/yr.) To assure water pressure on all floors, a pair of booster pumps located on the lobby level maintains the water pressure as needed.
The link below answers most questions regarding the quality of our drinking water. BTW, The photo pre-dates construction at Deep Harbour.

The 900 Marshy Cove Master Insurance Policy deductible is now $10,000.
Maryland state Law has permitted condo associations to increase
the master coverage deductible from $5,000 to $10,000. The 900
Marshy Cove Board of Directors has decided to take advantage of this change for our building.
Our Master Policy will be reduced for 2021 from $11,895.00 to $10,967.00, resulting in a saving of $928.00.
This $10,000 deductible
will be in effect on December 1,2020. With the new legislation, if a loss
originates in a unit, that unit owner, is responsible for the first $10,000 of
the master deductible.

Over the past six months, the number of cardboard boxes deposited in the recycle bin has increased significantly. We need everyone's help to reduce the volume by
FLATTENING ALL BOXES
before placing them in the recycle dumpster.
Collectively, we can avoid the need for a second weekly pick-up that would cost the community $2500 per year.
That's money that we can spend on other improvements.
See yellow notice on front of bin for more details on recycling.
