    c) Fire Sprinkler System maintenance – dry system alignment & repairs

    d) Replacement to ceiling lights in garage

    a) Cancellation of Fireline maintenance contracts.

    b) Signing of ARK fire system contracts,

    c) Water shut off replacement valves for units

    d) Addition of water spigots and electrical outlets in garage

    e) Any other new business – capital and policy Improvements 2020
