In 2014, the analysis revealed a tax increase from 2014 to 2019 averaging $276 per year
per unit.
Taxes are based on real property values and updated every three years. Your taxes go up as property values rise. Original owners have seen 50% swings in taxes since 2007, mostly favorable.
Collectively, the building owners pay $138,635 in real
