Deck Repairs: Need your feedback!

Of the 24 decks repaired to date, three residents have reported that the repair has not held up. Three residents have reported that the tape has lifted and the vinyl decking has curled up.

If your deck was repaired and the tape is lifting or the decking is curling, please report it immediately to Sentry Management. It is imperative that all decks in the building are sealed before colder weather arrives. 

The 900 MC board is delaying the repair of the units on the fourth floor until it is certain that this is a proper solution.

The following units were repaired:

First floor 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 108, 109, 110, 112, 111?

Second floor 202, 203, 204, 207, 209, 210, 211

Third Floor 302, 303, 304, 307, 309, 311.

Fourth Floor 410
