January 21, 2021, 4:30 PM. 

~~The gate code has changed. The current code will be removed on February 1^st. Owners will receive a notice by first class mail.

~~January is Pet Month. Forms have been delivered to all pet owners. Returns are due before January 31.

Upcoming in 2021

·       New cleaning service starts January 4.

·       Improved lighting in garage

·       Cleaning of stains on garage floor. Sealing of surface. (under study)

·       Addition of external cameras and upgrading surveillance hardware. (under study)

·       Expansion tank inspection program. Goal: 100% verification, ZERO FAILURES in 2021.
