On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, the
garage floor will be scrubbed. We are optimistic that the environmental
friendly cleaning process will remove or minimize the stains that have
accumulated over the years.

>Please remove your vehicles from the garage for the

>Please remove your shopping carts and any loose items
so that we can clean all areas.
>Bicycles in the rack can remain.

After
the garage cleaning is complete, carpet cleaning on the resident floors will
begin.
Dates to be announced.
Pet stains and garbage bag drippings seem to be the main source
of stains. We ask that you take all
precautions to prevent future stains.
