Seal - Coating at 900 Marshy Cove is DONE!

All Residents of 900 Marshy Cove,

It took some extra time due to rain delays; but, the job is done.
The crew has completed seal - coating with the exception of a puddle spot at Cattail Cove.  

Some confusion, here and there; but, 900 Marshy Cove goes back to normal today, Sunday, at 12:00 PM. The temporary parking policy ends at 12:00 PM.

Another Rain Delay, 8-23-2019

Seal coating of the 900 Marshy Cove Parking lot has been delayed.

When the work is rescheduled, we will broadcast the date.

Seal Coating at 900 Marshy Cove

Today, the east side was seal coated along with The street along the marina.

Friday: The parking lot will be seal coated and lines will be painted.

Vehicles will be restricted to the lane leading to Seaway Lane. The lane will be half wide and two way.  Follow the cones,  Exiting vehicles should be given right-of-way. Entering vehicles should yield. Use the Cedar St gate to exit Deep Harbour.

Courtesy will be the order of the day.

On Thursday, the west side garage door will be open.

On Friday, the east side garage door will be open.  
On Friday, external parking will not be available.

We are asking all residents to be cautious, flexible, and use common sense.

Don’t drive on the wet surfaces. If it looks wet, it is wet.

DO NOT WALK ON WET SURFACES.

Access to the trash dumpster and dog walking will be difficult. 
Use stairway side doors to access sidewalks.

Street Seal Coating: RAIN DELAY

The weather has changed the plan.
Seal coating requires a 24-hour drying period.
During that time, there can be no rain.

As a result, the seal coating in front of 900 Marshy Cove has been delayed.

REMINDER, SEAL COATING,


Important Notice:
Subject to change due to weather.

Streets:
The streets within Deep Harbour will be seal-coated and fresh parking lines will be painted.

Seal-coating has begun. Sections of the street will be closed for 24 hours to permit drying. Use the Cedar St. Gate.
