Do you own a boats slip and would like to find a tenant?
Many thanks to Sentry for expediting this request.
The request originated from one of our residents.
Many of our residents have struggled to open the heavy meatal sliders. Everyone will find the plastic sliders almost effortless to close.
Other news:
We are waiting for a few more items to complete our Parcel Receiving Room.

Garage Door Openers.
A clicker can make your life a lot easier in rain, snow, and darkness. Residents are discouraged from using the keypad for entry. It should only be a back up method for entering. There have been two collisions with it in the past.
What to buy and where:
Chamberlain makes a Universal Clicker, Model KLIK3U which can be purchased on Amazon or at Lowes. cost under $35.00 Click here for more information on KLIK3U
Another brand that can be purchased on Amazon is ABIKI. Much less expensive at $17.90. I have purchased this model SM24 it works as well as the KLIK3U. Click here for more information
How to program it.
First, ignore the instruction contained with the clicker. YES, ignore the instructions. They don't apply to our door openers.
You can email George B. at mc900@comcast.net if you want to have it programmed. It is just easier. If you insist on the technical challenge, here goes!
Slide the cover off the front of the clicker. Set the dip switches as follows. Set dip switches 1, 4, 6, 7 to "ON", all others to "OFF" or match a known operating Clicker.
Which way is "ON"? Out of the box all switches are in the "OFF" position.
There is also a black button. Hold that black button down until the light goes on and stays on. (Don't hurry the process.) Push the button on the clicker that you want to program to open the door 18 times. Yes, eighteen times. Each time you push the button the light will blink. Be patient. You cannot push it again until the light stops blinking. Once you get to the 18th time the door should then open. At that time you press the black button one more time to save the programming and leave programming mode. Replace the cover.
Test it to make sure that it repeats. If it doesn't work, read the instructions again and try again or email mc900@comcast.net
You can also program the second button the same way.

Available on AmazonNotice to all Deep Harbour Residents:
· ~ Gate code change!
· ~ Remote transmitters aka clickers
· ~ Keypad locks on pedestrian gates
Gate code change
From time to time, the universal gate code is changed. Over a period of months, trespassing increases as the code ages. To deter trespassing, the code will be changed more frequently in the future.
Effective October 1st, the new GATE CODE will be in force.
All owners have been sent the new code by mail.
Landlords need to pass this update on to their tenants.
Neither the DHMA nor Sentry sends this information to tenants.
Passing this code to non-residents breaches the security of our community. Do not give it to outsiders like pizza delivery drivers.
Visitors should use the call box to enter. Each resident’s name is stored in the call box with an associated speed number. Give your visitors and delivery drivers the speed number not the general access code.
Not in the call box?
Call Sentry at 410-221-0398 ext 57100
Remote transmitters
Each resident should have a remote transmitter also known as a clicker. A clicker makes life easy. Code changes do not affect clickers. Entry is easy and safe when raining, snowing, and in the dark. These are available at the Sentry Office for $27.00.

Keypad Locks on Pedestrian Gates
Pedestrian gates are now equipped with keypad locks. (Code was sent by mail,) The Riverwalk gates are open during daylight hours.
