New Gate Remotes are Available

New remote transmitters are available.

The cost of each remote is $27 and will only be available and assigned to unit owners.  They can be acquired at the Sentry office.

Each button controls a different gate.

The big button “I” opens Cedar St

“II” opens Trenton St

“III” opens 700 Cattail Cove

Each remote has a unique sequence number which will enable management to control the use of the remotes if lost or stolen.

The remotes will remain the property of the Deep Harbour Master Association.  

Each owner may "lease" 2 remotes.

Additional remotes may be acquired for a $100 fee. See formal policy on the tab on the Deep Harbour site.
