900 Marshy Cove Pet Registration due before March 31, 2018

To all Pet Owners at 900 Marshy Cove,

Since 2009, 900 Marshy Cove has had a standing pet policy.  The policy requires that all pets be registered annually and meet standard health requirements.  Pet owners are also expected to maintain control of their pets to ensure peaceful co-existence with all residents.  The annual fee supplements our annual budget for cleaning and landscaping.  Dog Walking Stations are also made available through contributions to the Master Association.

Fees

The initial registration for each pet is $50.  A special renewal fee of $25 is offered to all that have registered in 2017. 

Penalties

Those pet owners that have failed to register their pets by March 31, 2018, will be assessed $100.  The assessment will be charged directly to the unit owner’s account.
