New Pet Policy passed by the 900 Marshy Cove Board of Directors, September 12, 2015

The Original Pet Policy that was adopted in 2009, has been updated.  

The 900 Marshy Cove Board of Directors passed a motion to reduce the fee from $50 per animal to $25. This fee will be assessed to the unit owner once per year in the January payment. 

• Each Pet must be registered. A maximum of two pets per unit.
• Animals are to be spayed or neutered.
• Proof of inoculation is required.
• The maximum weight of an animal has been set at 55 pounds.
• Pets are to be on the leash in all common areas.
• Owners are responsible for clean-ups.
• Dog(cat) tags that identify the pet's owner are required.
