Guy with 2 big sheep dogsdoes pick up all the time...I've seen it happen. Don't go accusing someone if you haven't actually witnessed the dog owner walking away from a pile.

The dog waste is a problem and owners need to pick up.

Letter to Comanco from a resident

I was copied on this email to Comanco. Note: some words were adjusted. Given the fact that outsiders read this, I took the liberty to remove any pointers to personal identity.

Dear Comanco Management,


Over the Easter weekend someone parked their dog on the front side walk AND IT DROPPED TWO (2) VERY LARGE POOPS THAT WERE LEFT THERE..... CAN YOU PUT A BULLETIN IN THE ELEVATORS LIKE THE RECENT FLYER ???..... LOTS OF NEW PEOPLE IN OVER THE Last month....... MORE AND MORE RENTERS....... ARE THEY REGISTERING THESE DOGS ????.....
LAST NIGHT, LATE WHEN NOBODY IS AROUND, I SAW THE GUY WITH THE 2 LARGE WHITE SHEEP DOGS (WHO NEVER CARRIES DOGGIE BAGS OR SCOOPERS) WALKING THOSE DOGS ON THE WATERFRONT WALK!!!!
IF THE PEOPLE IN THE TOWNHOUSES HAVE DOGS, THEN OUR DOG POLICY IS TOOTHLESS AROUND OUR BLDG.
I HAVE NO SOLUTIONS!!!!!!!! DO YOU????
YESTERDAY I NOTICED A NEW DOG (ALASKAN HUSKY) BEING WALKED ON A LEASH, UNIT 4xx.
ALTHOUGH WE HAVE A DOG POLICY WRITTEN BY A 2-DOG OWNER / xxxx-xxxx THERE SEEMS TO BE NO ENFORCEMENT OR TEETH IN THE POLICY...... DOGS ARE MUCH TOO BIG FOR OUR BLDG.
ON A DIFFERENT SUBJECT, SOMEONE FROM ABOVE, THREW A LARGE CIGAR OVER THEIR RAILING AND IT LANDED ON MY BALCONY....... A BIG FIRE HAZARD TO SAY THE LEAST.........
THE GUY ABOVE ME IN 2xx DOESN'T SMOKE, NOR DO THE PEOPLE IN 3xx.... I DON'T KNOW WHO IS IN 4xx, BUTT !!!!!!!!!
