My news is a little late; however, just in case you haven't heard.
Beazer successfully auctioned all 28 condo units that they were offering.
The sale prices ranged from $250,000 to $400,000.
This stands as good news to all of us at Deep Harbour.
See the auctioneers site for more information.

Condo Board Meeting, June 13, 2009
A Condo Board Meeting was held today at 10:00 AM at 411 Muse St.
Unfortunately, I was unable to attend.
Condo minutes are unavailable until they are approved.
That takes a month.
If a reader could send a summary of events, it would be appreciated.
I will gladly post you notes.
